Hayden: A 16th generation follower of the Wudang ‘boxer-scholar’ tradition. A one-time student of the Yuanhe Daoist temple, I’ve since trained in Tibetan Buddhist meditation techniques, Neuroscience and classical languages. I love being asked difficult questions!
I currently offer a science based meditation class at The Simply Chi Wellness Centre.
A space to relax, and to explore methods of long term stress reduction and numerous other health benefits of meditation, through practices based on scientific research and classical traditions.
